About Victory

Richard is our "mechanical brain" and has spent part of the last 40 plus years traveling the country inspecting and buying equipment. He gives Victory the consistent and stable foundation of leadership that has attributed to our success.

Sharon has worn virtually every hat in our daily operations. Throughout the years, she has developed a solid base of information and knowledge regarding details of machines, manufacturer trends and market fluctuations and continues to strengthen Victory's relevance in the marketplace by imparting her years of wisdom and knowledge on to our team. Some of her customers have been with us since day one and their loyalty and friendship is never taken for granted.

Renee spent 15 years with a major airline before deciding to return to the family business in 2000. She has been well trained in customer service and desires to serve each person with professionalism and excellence. Renee has built an extensive customer base that appreciates her efficiency, friendly personality and knowledge of the market. She has begun to take on more of the business responsibilities as Rich and Sharon transition to other duties. It has now been 20 plus years and counting. Time sure does fly!

Penny has been an asset to Victory since 1995. She has the ability to retain vast amounts of information and has a strong knowledge of current market pricing and equipment, which has allowed her to reach a high level of expertise. Her creative and technological abilities are essential as the future moves more digital. Penny is lively and enthusiastic and has a strong commitment to customer service. She has been a loyal part of our team for many years.

Greg began his career working in construction and gained hands-on experience. His expertise was in plant maintenance and management in the avionics industry. A side interest in video production led him to launch a media company which was acquired by a major entertainment company in Nashville. He came to us in 2007 bringing his knowledge of customer service and management to our team. He is knowledgeable, consistent, and has a great sense of humor and a willingness to serve.

Denise has been with us since 2011. She worked in the freight industry for 25 years coordinating drivers and loads throughout the nation for several large companies. She has the ability to multi-task and is a great problem solver. She is able to adapt to any situation very well. Her attention to detail, level headed thinking and friendly, positive personality has been a natural fit with our team as well as our customers.

Greg Lestarjette was a part of our sales team in the 1990s. He has always had an interest in firefighting and was part of the Fort Worth TX Department until 2000 when he and Renee moved to Tennessee to assist in the family business. He was hired and continues to serve on the Franklin, TN Fire Department. He was raised in the Dominican Republic with his missionary parents. He is fluent in Spanish and has agreed to help us with our Latin America Sales Development. We are excited to be able to expand and serve in new markets.

Lisa has been a great addition to our Victory team. She has been around the equipment business most of her life as she is the daughter of Rich and Sharon Liss. Lisa is returing to the workforce after raising her two sons and brings years of administration experience from serving in ministry & counseling as well as assisting her husband with their family business that is a reputable booking agency in TN for musicians and speakers.
